By using TableFolk you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using TableFolk

TableFolk is a social dining platform. You may use it to create, discover, and attend intimate dining events. You must be 18 or older to use the platform.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person, one account. You may not share accounts.

Content you post

You own the content you post on TableFolk — photos, Moments, event descriptions, and profile information. By posting, you grant TableFolk a license to display that content to other users as part of the platform experience.

You may not post content that is false, misleading, harmful, harassing, or illegal.

Events and RSVPs

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings.
• Guests must honor RSVPs they confirm. If you can't attend, please withdraw your RSVP promptly.
• TableFolk is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any event.
• Address information shared through the platform is confidential and should not be redistributed.

Free tier and future pricing

Core features — joining, attending events, and building your Dining Passport — will always be free. Optional advanced hosting features may be offered as paid upgrades in the future. We will communicate any pricing changes clearly and in advance.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Limitation of liability

TableFolk is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, events you attend, or interactions with other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TableFolk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
