TableFolk ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information we collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile details when you sign up.
- Event data: Events you create, RSVPs you make, and content you post including Moments and photos.
- Usage data: How you interact with the app, including pages visited and features used.
- Waitlist information: Email address and city when you join our waitlist.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve the TableFolk platform
- To connect you with events and other food lovers in your city
- To send you notifications about events you're involved with
- To send waitlist updates and launch announcements
- To respond to your support requests
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Other users: Your name, profile photo, and public activity are visible to other TableFolk members as part of the social dining experience.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, and may use email services to send you notifications.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
Your address privacy
For public events, your full address is only revealed to guests whose RSVP has been confirmed by the host. Non-confirmed guests see only the neighborhood name.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
